New users are taken photos in Beijing inernet bar
Now, if you enter the internet bar for the first time in Beijing’s 1500 net bar, you will be taken photo at the monitor and your ID card also shouble be scaned for file. The process will take about half minute. When you go there for the senond time, you just tell your ID card number.

1 Dose the pravicy of the user information safe?
According to the legal orgnization department, the owner of the internet bar just get and check the related information, they have no right to change or use the information in any other ways. The pravicy of the user can be safe.
2 Can this stop the minor from the internet bar?
At before, there are still some minor go to the interner bar with the consent of the owner. With this measure, the minor can not go to the internet bar. It will very helpful to prevent the minor to go to the bar.
